One-to-one yoga therapy sessions tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
Yoga Chikitsa includes assessment, teaching of various yogic tools, and structuring an appropriate practice sequence. The practice may include jattis (loosening of joints) kriyas (structured movements) asanas (isometric stretches) pranayamas (rhythmic control of breathing) and relaxation techniques.
The aim is to enhance the flow of prana (vital energy), facilitating the release of accumulated toxins. The benefits of regular, consistent practice can include an increase in energy, improved healing response, and enhanced quality of life.
Preparations: Wear comfortable clothes for movement and come with an open mind

Mani Bio:
Mani has been studying yoga since 2007. In 2021 he became certified to teach by Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram, Madurai. He continued his education, receiving an MSc in Yoga from TNPESU, and also holds a PG diploma in Yoga Therapy. Mani’s classes include basic & intermediate asanas from the Sivananda tradition & Bihar School of Yoga and support a holistic alignment of mind, body and breath. Over the years, his practice evolved from the physical level to a more holistic practice aligning mind, body & breath. He believes in teaching only what he practices. Passionately sharing this kind of practice brings him a sense of fulfilment. He finds that his self-practice & teaching complement each other & they grow together.
