This workshop focuses on understanding and caring for the spine through simple movement and awareness. We begin by observing posture and common habits that create stiffness in the neck, shoulders, upper back, and lower back.

The practice includes gentle movements to lengthen the spine, release tension, and build basic strength to support posture. Simple corrective movements are introduced for common postural patterns such as kyphosis, lordosis, and scoliosis, with an emphasis on awareness rather than force.

The workshop concludes with rest and quiet observation, allowing the body to integrate the practice. The approach is gentle, non-strenuous, and suitable for all participants.
