The science of breathing: how breath affects the brain, heart, and nervous system
An overview of different types of pranayama: balancing, energizing, and calming techniques
The role of breath in regulating stress, supporting mental clarity, and improving emotional balance

Rooted in yoga therapy and supported by scientific understanding, this workshop offers accessible tools to integrate into your daily life.
Open to all — no prior experience needed.
