Pawanamuktasana Series: Energize the Joints

A structured series focusing on gently and safely moving the joints, from the toes to neck, to help release energy blockages and reduce stiffness and muscular tension. The practice enhances circulation and range of motion, supporting a balanced flow of prana (vital energy) throughout the body, which is often experienced as an increase in energy level and a sense of lightness in the body-mind.
The series is comprised of 3 parts:
Focusing in and around the abdomen to improve the function of the digestive system.
Focusing in and around the spine to improve the function of the endocrine system.
Closing with Surya namaskar (sun salutation) and guided relaxation.
Suitable for all levels and all age groups. Regular practice helps relax and tone the entire psycho-physiological structure, providing a foundation for safe yoga asana practice.
