About the Facilitator

Radhika Seiler Ramadas is a certified yoga teacher and therapist with extensive training in Anusara Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Pranayama. She is currently furthering her studies as a Living Somatics and Clinical Somatics educator at the Ingle Institute of Somatic Education.

She holds advanced certifications in Anusara Yoga (RYT 300 / RYS 400+), Craniosacral Therapy (Medical Health Academy, Austria), and Foot Reflexology (OEGIT, Austria). In addition to her therapeutic and teaching background, Radhika earned a Ph.D. in Applied Medical Sciences (Public Health) from the Medical University of Vienna, bringing a strong academic foundation to her holistic practice.

Since 2016, she has been dedicated to the practice and application of Craniosacral Therapy, Foot Reflexology, and Yoga, while also contributing to public health research. Her journey led her in Vérité to  in Auroville in 2022, where she focuses on teaching yoga, offering therapeutic sessions, and engaging in research related to Integral Yoga.

Passionate about bridging traditional wisdom and modern science, Radhika integrates yoga and complementary therapies into a broader public health perspective. Through her diverse skill set and compassionate approach, she supports holistic well-being and aims to enrich lives by making integrative health practices more accessible and relevant.
