Hatha yoga in the Sivananda tradition builds strength, flexibility and vitality in the body while calming the mind. The class will include Pranayama (Breathing), Surya Namaskar (Warm up), Asanas (Steady Postures) and Savasana (Corpse Posture).

About the Facilitator


Nikki is a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher (200 hours, 2024) who has also completed the Sivananda Sadhana Intensive (2024), and Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teaching (80 hrs, 2016).
