About the Facilitator

Radha has trained in 200 hours of Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana. A practitioner of yoga and meditation since 2016, Radha enjoys a holistic approach to well-being. Her teaching strongly emphasizes the foundations of yoga practice: correct alignment, breath, and mindfulness.
