Beat the summer heat with simple, accessible Yogic practices that involve using your own breath movements to regulate the body's internal temperature. You will learn and practice cooling Pranayamas like Chandra Bhedana, Sheetali & Sheetkari. The session ends with a guided relaxation to help you stay cool in your body & mind. 


About the Facilitator

Dr. Mamta is a former dentist who took up an Advanced Yoga Teachers Training (900 hr) in Mumbai. She came to Auroville to learn & practice holistic healing & alternative forms of medicine & wellness-based practices.
Blending modern scientific knowledge with ancient yogic wisdom, she has developed this unique therapy with a sincere hope to assist the evolution of humanity & their integral transformation.
